Past boards

Boards and gatherings I've created.

Brie and Honey hasn't officially launched yet. Everything on this page is personal work — boards, tables and celebrations I made for friends and family long before the brand existed. Think of it as a personal introduction to the person behind the idea.

A little about me

The person behind
the boards.

Before Brie and Honey was even an idea, I loved creating charcuterie and grazing boards for friends, family, dinners and special occasions. From choosing the ingredients to arranging every detail, I've always enjoyed turning a simple table into something made for sharing.

I'm originally from California and have lived in Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and the US — and wherever I've called home, people have gathered around my boards. Amsterdam is home now, and it's where this idea started to take shape.

This is a collection of some of the boards and gatherings I've created along the way. They weren't made under Brie and Honey, but they represent the creativity and love of gathering that eventually inspired me to start developing this idea.

Beyond the board

Gatherings I've loved creating.

Creating a board is only one part of what I love about bringing people together. I've always enjoyed planning little details, creating themes, decorating spaces and putting together gatherings that feel personal and memorable — from full celebrations to smaller table setups. Here are a few other things I've had the chance to create along the way.

01

A Berry Sweet Baby Shower

For my sister's baby shower, I brought the “Berry Sweet Baby” theme to life from start to finish. Inspired by berries, picnics, strawberries and cherries, the celebration was filled with pinks, purples and reds, with guests encouraged to dress in their own berry-inspired colors.

I created the event details myself, from the welcome setup and balloon entrance to the signage, games and outdoor photo backdrop. I also designed and set up the food stations, charcuterie board and drink area, while styling and setting the tables for around 40 guests.

With more than 50 people attending throughout the celebration, it became one of the biggest events I've taken on myself — and one I'm especially proud of bringing together.

Thanksgiving Away from Home

While living in Barcelona, I brought together a group of international friends to celebrate Thanksgiving. It was a chance to share a tradition from home, create a welcoming table and bring together people from different places around one meal.

A Christmas Drink Bar

For Christmas dinner at home, I created an interactive drink bar designed to make choosing and creating a drink part of the experience. Guests could pick a cup and charm, choose from different drink options, add their preferred spirit or keep it non-alcoholic, and finish everything with their own garnish.

I created the step-by-step setup and styled the station so guests could easily build their own drinks while adding a fun and festive element to the evening.

An Italian-Inspired Graduation Celebration

For my college graduation, I created an Italian-inspired celebration built around bright lemons, blue tiles and Mediterranean details. I wanted the theme to carry through the decorations and create an atmosphere that felt personal and memorable.

Easter at the Table

For Easter dinner, I focused on creating a table that felt thoughtful, inviting and ready for everyone to gather around. While this wasn't a full event production, it was another opportunity to play with table styling and the small details that can make a meal feel a little more special.
